Our stay at One was a wonderful experience. The host, Riccardo, took great care of us and ensured smooth communication throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and had a touch of traditional charm. The comfortable bed and pillows provided a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel, although a bit challenging to find at first, was within walking distance to the central part of the city.
Despite a minor inconvenience with the bathroom, which lacked complete privacy due to its layout, we still enjoyed our time at One. The kitchen was well-equipped and breakfast, prepared by our accommodating host, was delicious.

The hotel was hip and new. The staff were very kind and super friendly. I had a standard queen room which was fashionable and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The private safe, central heating, and iron/ironing board worked well.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and options.
